The Four Worst Four-Letter Words

There were a lot of four-letter words used in our household growing up. Dad used them regularly to get a person’s undivided attention in the shortest amount of time — and it worked.

However, there were four four-letter words that were not allowed in the Hill household: “Don’t,” “Won’t” and “Can’t” were three of them.

The absolute worst of all was “Quit.” That four-letter word was never tolerated so, therefore, was never used.

The Role of The Boogeyman in American Politics

"Who's scary now...me or Joe Biden?"
Anyone who has watched the “Halloween” movie series knows exactly what a boogeyman is. He is a scary character with a mask who scares the heck out of everyone via death and destruction until he is shot to death — only to resurrect back to life soon after to wreak more murder and mayhem in the neighborhood.

American politics specializes in making “boogeymen” of high-profile elected politicians. It is part of our historical DNA. Mostly because it works.

Joe Manchin is no budget hero but Krysten Sinema might be

"Joe: You might not want to 
save the Republic....But I might!"
West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin pretty much stuck a fork in the Radical Left-Wing Progressive Socialists’ (RLWPS, for short) aggressive and dangerous spending agenda when he announced that he would not support their so-called “human infrastructure” bill pegged at $3.5 trillion, which is really $5 trillion or a whole lot more if all the budget gimmicks are taken out of it. 

Manchin boldly went on to say: “Spending trillions more on new and expanded government programs, when we can’t even pay for the essential social programs, like Social Security and Medicare, is the definition of fiscal insanity.”
